Virtual c-parts world "FAKKTORY" goes online

Keller & Kalmbach launches interactive platform

Unterschleissheim, November 17, 2021: The c-parts specialist Keller & Kalmbach presents its latest technical innovation with the virtual world "FAKKTORY". Through interactive applications, a showroom and augmented reality solutions, products and in particular c-parts management solutions can be experienced digitally around the clock. The family-owned company also plans to continuously expand its virtual world and establish it as a new communication channel in a targeted manner.

Launching the communication of the future?

Automation and digital communication channels are part of Keller & Kalmbach's daily business when it comes to managing c-parts. And this does not apply only to order processing via the online store, but in particular to intelligent logistics solutions that use networked technologies to ensure automated replenishment in the production or maintenance of companies in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector, mechanical and plant engineering, the railroad or agricultural and construction machinery industry. Last but not least, the current Corona pandemic, in which a face-to-face exchange was temporarily completely suspended, has ensured that the company has increasingly thought about reaching its customers virtually as well, thus creating a special experience. "We want to offer our customers and prospective customers the opportunity to get to know our company as well as our solutions in a completely new way - a way that stays in their heads," says Jessica Dressel, Marketing Manager at Keller & Kalmbach and FAKKTORY Project Manager.

Showroom, augmented reality and much more

In FAKKTORY, users can move very intuitively through the various virtual rooms and call up information in German and English about Keller & Kalmbach, its product portfolio and its intelligent solutions for c-parts management. The latter are presented using videos, interactive tools and even augmented reality in a showroom - in other words, a combination of the real and virtual worlds. In presenting the logistics solutions, the company placed particular emphasis on presenting complex interrelationships in a simple, appealing and humorous way. In order to be able to advise interested parties directly, the c-parts specialist also offers an expert chat on the logistics systems. In the auditorium, Keller & Kalmbach also plans to hold specialist presentations as well as webinars. "In the future, we will rely more on digital content and create interactive brand experiences. The FAKKTORY is an important digital tool in our customer communication and will be increasingly expanded. So our customers, employees and all those who want to find out more about our company and our range of services can look forward to further virtual experiences," says Dr. Florian Seidl, managing partner of Keller & Kalmbach.

With FAKKTORY, Keller & Kalmbach has created a virtual c-parts world.
The dropLOG® logistics system - like all systems in the showroom - can be explored in various ways. Users can even test the order triggering virtually.
In the showroom, Keller & Kalmbach presents its logistics solutions - videos, interactive tools and augmented reality invite visitors to discover them.
The new c-parts world of Keller & Kalmbach "FAKKTORY" is aimed at customers, interested parties and employees of the company.
