Assembly process optimization

The selection and specification of C-parts is not always discussed with the company's own assembly department. For this reason, the production line, i.e. at the work stations, is subject to constantly changing key attacks, increased use of different screwdriving techniques and different torques.

These factors are very time and cost intensive. We support you in optimizing these parameters during assembly. Within the framework of a line-walk, we look at the individual work stations and try to increase efficiency through product optimization.

At the same time we consider possible cost saving potentials of the products, which can lead to already prefabricated assembly groups.
