Keller & Kalmbach receives Diamond Award

Bombardier Transportation honours Keller & Kalmbach at the 2019 Supplier Symposium

Mobility technology leader Bombardier Transportation hosted a supplier symposium on 12 September 2019. The event was attended by many of the company's key suppliers and included presentations by Bombardier executives and workshops on topics such as supply chains, innovation, standardization and working capital optimization.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of the Diamond Award, at which Bombardier honors three of its top suppliers.

Keller & Kalmbach, as a C-parts supplier, received the Diamond Award for its contribution to reducing inventory levels and simplifying Bombardier's supply chains. Other suppliers honored for their commitment were the Chinese aluminum manufacturer Jilin QIXING Aluminium Industries Ltd. and Motherson Rolling Stock (KTP & PKC).

Diamond-certified suppliers build a true long-term relationship with Bombardier and receive immediate and long-term benefits such as guaranteed participation in new tenders, etc.
